Healthy relationships take time, intentionality, and commitment, but they’re worth it! As people, we need connections in order to thrive.
Even if you’ve never had a healthy relationship, there is hope. We’ve developed training to help you pursue and foster strong relationships with the people you care about.
Are damaged relationships affecting your daily life?
At times, everyone will experience damaged or broken relationships. There is healing for those hurts, and hope for future healthy relationships.
During this program, you will investigate topics such as:

Setting and achieving reasonable boundaries in relationships

Understanding how thoughts, feelings, and emotions affect relationships

Developing biblically-based, healthy life-skills
It’s not too late to learn how to develop healthy relationships, set boundaries, and determine those relationships that are healthy and life-giving and those that aren’t. It’s never too late to learn what you can do to build healthy relationships.
